If you want to hear some unique and quality music check out tammyszu’s channel on YouTube. She posts some neat tunes that sound great. Recently her channel was taken down by YouTube and outrage soon followed. Thankfully her channel has been restored.
This YouTube video by bimmerman18 inspired me to build a PC. I built my PC with all the parts listed minus a few changes. Instead of the GTX 590, I bought the GTX 580. For a hard drive I bought an SSD. The PC boots up instantly and runs smoothly without problems on Windows 7. I can play one of my favorite games, Team Fortress 2, with all the video settings maxed out while having no noticeable decrease in frame rate. At 100% the CPU and motherboard temperatures never exceed 150 degrees F, while the GTX 580 never exceeds 185 degrees F (about 85 degrees C). Overall it’s a nice PC. However, next time I am going to buy a normal sized motherboard with a large case so that I can have more PCI and hard drive slots.
A great summary of the human endeavor: Cosmos. Carl Sagan does a wonderful job outlining the history of the universe. After watching the series, a viewer will have gained a deep insight into everything. This series would be a perfect choice for high-school students; I am surprised I only heard of it recently. It’s a must see for everyone.
If you ever want to be awed by great music AND video then mojiito’s eargasm is the channel for you. Check out his playlist called the eyegasm and you will immediately be absorbed into a world of aesthetic beauty, entranced by the quality of music and video. I am not sure how I ran across his channel; but I think it was a random grip of curiosity while listening to various minimal or deep house songs.
